Rotation Pt.1: The Hips

At Meso Fit Studio we:

  1. Remove compensated rotation.

  2. Restore rotation in the hips and shoulders.

  3. Strengthen rotation.

In this exercise, the femur (upper leg bone) must remain the pivoting point and remain steadfastly straight and still throughout all exercises.

Perform 3 sets of 10 per side
