Classes

We have also adapted our method to a group exercise format called RAMPed UP, with multiple versions including strength, barre, HIIT, cycling, yoga, TRX, and recovery. This is a new group exercise “experience,” that incorporates whole body movements, with high intensity, and low impact on joints. This class format is equivalent to 3 classes anywhere else.

 


Cardio/Strong

This 30/30 class splits time between cardio and resistance training with strength exercises to give you an intense workout without having to use heavy weights. Increase coordination, stamina, and overall performance.



RSC: Release-Stretch-Contract

To balance, all muscles need to be balanced. This class weeds through imbalanced muscles that hinder proper movement using our Release-Stretch-Contract technique. Each tight muscle is released then stretched, followed by contracting the opposing muscle to align the joint. We lengthen the tight side, then contract the loose side, and you walk away feeling restored.



RAMPed Up /Cycle

This 30/30 class splits time between cycling and resistance training, with one unique caveat, it’s all been RAMPed (Restore-Align-Maintain-Progress). Join us for this total body experience with a plan: to make you long, lean, and strong in record time. Work on today’s result, not today’s workout, in this high intensity, no holds barred, class.

This high intensity class is designed to move as much of the body as possible, in the shortest amount of time, to give you the metabolic boost of 3 workouts. Our signature class that improves strength, coordination, balance, and cardio efficiency (stronger hearts), through carefully choreographed movements that reconnect mind and body.

Meso Barre

Raising The Barre- A total body Barre class that takes you to new level. Join us as we create long, lean, muscles through careful choreographed ballet moves adapted for maximum calorie burn, and fast results.



Cycle 45

This 45 minute class is for the cycling enthusiast. Climb, sprint, and sweat through carefully constructed playlists, and grab an extra towel.



Core Pedal

Experience our signature fusion class that combines calorie-sizzling cycling with off-the-bike core training.
