Myofascial release techniques are combined with targeted stretching of tight muscles to make you feel more limber and refreshed. This class is ideal for anyone with tight hips, back, calves, or shoulders.
To balance, all muscles need to be balanced. This class weeds through imbalanced muscles that hinder proper movement using our Release-Stretch-Contract technique. Each tight muscle is released then stretched, followed by contracting the opposing muscle to align the joint. We lengthen the tight side, then contract the loose side, and you walk away feeling restored.
