“As an almost 80 year old woman who has always been active and fit, I have a long history of working with trainers, both personally and professionally. On the personal level, I started working with Bryan three years ago. He transformed my movement patterns and balance issues by looking more holistically at all my functions, and how they relate to each other. He taught me, for openers, how to walk again, after a L. ankle fusion and with the R. ankle in a very degenerative condition. The exercises and equipment he used were unique in my experience, and even improved my skiing patterns, and he is not a skier. He strikes me as more deeply analytical and observant than most trainers, and works each of us out uniquely; I never see any of his clients making the same moves. Professionally, I founded and managed a very large corporate wellness program for several years in the 80s, and wish I had had several Bryan’s for our employees at our many manufacturing sites around the country.”
