"After suffering for many years with severe lower back pain, I scheduled surgery. I heard a lot about Meso Fit, and while I was skeptical as to how they could help, I decided to go for an evaluation. Alison and Bryan are very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. After the first week, I had more energy, took fewer naps, and could get up from the floor without grunting. I was able to take the dogs for longer walks and we even enjoyed our trip to Italy, a trip we thought we were going to have to cancel because of my back. The path Alison and Bryan put me on included long hours of bodywork before my operation to fix my tight my hips. Since working out at Meso Fit I feel and move better.
